There has been an uncomplicated solution to working loose insulating materials for a number of years. A wide range of processing machines ensure that insulating materials can be reliably placed. The loose insulating materials are blown in sealed without joints. And Climacell's special fibre qualities guarantees that it is permanently protected against settling.
 
A Whole Host of Possibilities
There are other possibilities modern processing machines offer for Climacell. The wet-spray process mixes the insulating material with water or a special bonder so that it can be placed on open single-plank walls while surplus material is removed with an electrical brush. A similar system allows you to blow Climacell on domes (such as church vaults) open with the Terminator spraying system that glues insulating material to cellulose padding.
